TMT — Hastings All-in-One Jib Head: Adapter, Conductor Holder, & Sheave Combo
This feature was filmed at the Hastings booth during the Utility Expo 2025, where they showcased a new integrated approach to a familiar setup. Hastings has combined three staple components—the jib adapter, conductor holder, and sheave—into a single jib head attachment built for improved usability, versatility, and durability.
The adapter is available with either a square or rounded base, while the conductor holder is rated for a 500 lb working load and the sheave for 1,000 lbs. By bringing these pieces together into one unit, the updated jib head reduces the need to swap attachments in the field and supports a wider range of conductor sizes and weights.
