Dustin Richardson joins USA as our newest Territory Manager
This week, USA took another big step in growing our team and bolstering the strength of our service; Dustin Richardson worked his first day as Utility Service Agency’s newest territory manager on Monday, June 1st. He will be responsible for managing projects related to Duke Energy distribution. “We are pleased to announce that Dustin Richardson joined Utility Service Agency on June 1st. Dustin will serve as Territory Manager focused on Duke Energy Distribution. His responsibilities will include Standards, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Lighting.
Dustin grew up in Henderson, NC and attended Mount Olive College, where he played four years of college baseball and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Management with a minor in Sports Management. Prior to joining the Utility Service Agency, Dustin has been working in the utility industry with Duke Energy for over 15 years. Over the course of his career with Duke Energy, Dustin spent 10 years as a Distribution Lineman, three and a half years as a supervisor and the past year and a half as the Carolinas East Technical Training Manager over the Distribution, Transmission, Substation, Relay, and Fleet disciplines.
Dustin currently resides in Goldsboro, NC, along with his wife Emily and their two children Landon (13) and Natalie (6). Outside of work, Dustin loves to spend time with his family, playing golf, and helping coach youth sports.
