USA Welcomes Eric Brown and Kim Davis, Product Line Managers
In the past two weeks, USA was fortunate enough to welcome two new hires: Product Line Managers Eric Brown and Kim Davis. Eric joins our team as the new manager for Estex, Meiden America, RS Poles, and Sisttemex. His first day was Monday, May 4th. Kim will handle orders and requests for Bone Safety Signs, Current Lighting Solutions, and Power Design Inc. “We are pleased to announce that Eric Brown is joining the Utility Service Agency on Monday, May 4th. Eric will be a Product Line Manager for Meiden, Sisttemex, RS Utility Structures, and Estex.
Eric grew up in Bellevue, WA and attended Washington State University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Prior to joining the USA, Eric has been working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry as an Account Executive.
Eric and his wife, Kallen, relocated to Wake Forest, NC from Seattle in 2022. They have a beautiful three-year-old daughter, Camden, and a handsome one-year-old son, Donovan. Their cat, Beans, and dog, Holly, also made the cross-country move.
In his free time, Eric enjoys cooking on his Traeger, teaching his children to play sports and ride bikes, working in the yard, golfing, playing trivia, and spending quality time with family and friends over board games.

“Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the Utility Service Agency family, Kim Davis! Kim joined our team on Monday, May 11, as a Product Line Manager for Bone Safety, Current Lighting, and Power Design.
Kim is a proud Michigan native who attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile & Apparel Technology & Fashion Merchandising. She later went on to complete her MBA in Business Management. With a strong and diverse professional background, Kim spent 13 years in higher education at Strayer University and 6 years as an Implementation Consultant for a software technology company.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys international travel, home decorating, attending live jazz concerts, and volunteering with Meals on Wheels. She is also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and looks forward to football season each year. Above all, Kim is the proud mother of two daughters, ages 24 and 29.
