The Utility Service Agency, Inc. (USA) is a manufacturers' representative company for the electric utility industry. We specialize in tools and materials for the transmission, substation, distribution and lighting markets. We represent approximately 20 manufacturers for the Carolinas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Southern Maryland. With the expansion of Duke Energy into Florida and the Midwest, we have become the single point of contact for many of our principals and are actively supporting those regions.

Order Tracking

Our proprietary quote and order management system coupled with our experienced inside sales staff are consistently praised by manufacturers, distributors, and end-users. We manage the quote and order process from start to finish.


Customer Service

The USA is very involved with in-field teaching, classroom teaching, and product demonstrations. We own and maintain ten technical trailers for demonstration and training purposes. Our promotion of a product is based on the successful theory of “hands-on” demonstrations, education, active follow-up, and service to the product – past, present, and future.
