John is a retired U.S. Navy pilot and aerospace physiologist who covers the low country utility accounts for the Utility Service Agency. His area or responsibility includes Santee Cooper and the Cooperatives and Municipalities of eastern South Carolina.
John has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
